Ako Din Naman Ah…

I was reading my friend Alina’s blog and she wrote about her experience with a patok Antipolo jeep on her post entitled “Manong, buhay ko po!” A part of her blog post is this:

And specifically, for these jeepney drivers, they have all the reason to be angry. They’ve got shitty jobs, meager earnings, not to mention corrupt cops and MMDA officials making “kotong”. And yes, a lot of cops bully these drivers! And why not? They themselves have shitty jobs and meager earnings.

What I think? I also have a job, which I can say I don’t really love, that pays little. Pero I don’t go about with my life making others shitty. I think I don’t do anything that put other peoples’ lives at risk. So to those kaskasero drivers and kotong pulis, MAMATAY NA KAYO!!!

Now, I Love The Simpsons

Kakaiba ito. I watched a movie sa opening day. I watched The Simpsons Movie kahapon at I love it. Sobrang nakakatawa talaga na halos sumakit yung tiyan ko at ulo sa kakahagalpak. Ibang klaseng humor meron talaga si Matt Groening. I just love him. Sana talaga ma-meet ko siya. Anyway, as I’ve said, guest starring nga ang Green Day who sang the opening theme at namatay din afterwards. Ang saya talaga. Tapos may mga hirit sa US government, mga taong walang pakialam at kung anu-ano pang kababuyan. Kaya naman bagay na bagay sa akin yung pelikula. Ahahaha… I think I wanna watch it again just for the heck of it. Gaya ng panonood ko ng mga rewind ng Simpsons sa TV. Kahit ilang beses talaga panoorin ang Simpsons, nakakatawa pa din. So ayun. This serves as my review for the movie. Wala na eklatan. Basta I love the movie and you should also watch it.

My Long Weekend, Again

I was absent kahapon sa office kasi I had a long weekend that really took a toll at my body. Nagkasakit ako sa dami ng ginawa over that weekend.

Friday. After leaving office, me and my baby met up sa Megamall to eat and just be together. This is the start ng kanyang birthday weekend that I prepared for her. For starter, we ate sa Jollibee so we can buy the drinking tumbler na Simpsons.

Yum yum… ang takaw talaga ng baby ko noh. At ayun pala yun tumbler (or jug ata) na Simpsons na I’m using ngayon sa work. hehehe… Para pa rin kaming bata eh.

Nakakaaliw din palang kumain sa Jollibee sa Megamall kasi may ganitong view ng EDSA. Medyo kitang-kita yung pollution pero maganda pa rin naman.

Tapos before going home, we bought a Yellow Cab pizza para “blowout” ng baby ko sa family ko. She spent the night sa bahay and we just hang around and talked about all kinds of silly stuff.

Saturday. We woke up and I planned to just sent her home. Pero I guess hindi ko kayang tiisin ang baby ko kaya naman I submitted to her nung sinabi niyang we should go sa Quiapo. There we bought several DVDs. Yes, we buy pirated DVDs kasi mas mura at mayroong mga films dun na hindi mo mabibili sa kahit anong video stores. Then I decided na ibili na rin siya nung regalo tutal nasa Quiapo na kami. I was thinking of buying her a portable DVD player kasi lagi siyang umaangal na hindi siya nakakapanood. Tutal nasa Quiapo na kami, so I bought her one. It was a 5000pesos player na worth it naman kasi madami naman features. After that, hinatid ko na siya and I went home to do my chores. Linis, laba at ayos ng kwarto. This is my usual weekend na hindi ko dapat palagpasin no matter what happens. Pagod na ako…

Sunday. I woke up early kasi I have to do the final prep para sa party ng baby ko sa bahay nila. Nanghiram ng mga gamit for the said event like camera, at yung request ng baby ko na Magis Sing. By lunch time, I was off to Angono. Hindi naman traffic kaya I was at their house in no time. We still have to buy ice cream kaya hindi pa din ako nakaupo ng matagal. Then pagbalik namin, ang ingay na ng tatay niya na kumakanta at inaabuso yung Magic Sing ng tita ko. hehehe… It was a small family gathering pero I think it was one of the most fun time I had kasi I was with people na I truly care about.  She went home with me kasi we still have things to do sa mismong araw ng birthday niya. Arriving sa bahay, bagsak kami pareho sa kama at naghihilik sa isang malalim na tulog.

Monday. It’s her birthday. I’m sick. It’s sad. It’s shitty. I hate being sick, at mas masama pa kasi birthday ng baby ko. We were planning to go out pa kaso hindi na natuloy kasi I can’t even get up from bed. Na-stuck kami sa bahay watching DVD na lang tuloy hanggang sa umuwi siya. I’m still sick nung umalis siya kaya naman hindi ko na siya naihatid. I felt so guilty kasi medyo nasira ko pa ata yung araw niya. Anyway, sorry baby.

Tuesday. Back to work. Still sick. Aray…

Ito ang mga epal na sinasabi ko kung bakit hindi ko nakatabi si Homer. Mga epal na may dugong berde. Sana maging sensitive kayo next time. Hindi lang kayo ang mga tao sa mundo.

Kaya ito, kumain na lang kami ng “fried ice cream.” This was a rip-off. hahaha… Naubos ko na yung sa akin, yun sa baby ko, meron pa. Ewan ko dun, diet pa kunwari.

Haay… napagod ako dun ah. Next time uli… Me at the office.
